1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mind Step Tutor, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Mind Step Tutor for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely. Refunds are available according to our cancellation policy. Payments for tutoring sessions are collected upfront and held securely until the session is completed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a session may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mind Step Tutor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
